Led comprehensive content and promotional strategy for Gloat's flagship annual event, a two-day summit convening global business leaders, customers, and HR visionaries to explore workforce transformation strategies.

Challenge: Drive registration and attendance for an in-person event in an increasingly saturated market while maximizing content value beyond the live experience to fuel ongoing demand generation.

Strategy: Developed integrated content and promotion strategy spanning pre-event awareness, live event experience, and post-event nurture. Created multi-channel campaigns across email and social media, scripted session content, and repurposed event insights into evergreen demand gen assets.

550% increase in overall engagement across promotional content YoY
Extended event reach to 240,000+ HR professionals through influencer broadcast partnership
Generated library of post-event assets (session recordings, insights summaries, thought leadership content) that continued driving leads months after the event

My Role: End-to-end event content leadership including promotional campaign strategy and execution, email and social media copywriting, on-site/virtual content creation, influencer partnership development, and post-event content repurposing for demand generation.
